Return Policy

All of our products are brand new and have a manufacturer's warranty. 

If you item is damaged or defective, please contact sales@eektechnology.com for an RA# (Return Authorization) and the appropriate return address. We can either send a replacement or issue a full refund. Customer is responsible for return postage. Do not send anything back without an RA# since will not be processed.

Non-defective returns are accepted less shipping costs and a 10%-20% restocking fee if return is requested within 30 days of purchase. However, we do not accept returns for opened and non-defective headphones or earphones, no exceptions.

Returns requested more than 30 days after purchase will require the customer to deal directly with the particular manufacturer.

We do not accept any returns for Televisions over 15".  Once you accept the item from the freight carrier you will have to work with the manufacturer on defective merchandise.  Please do not accept any shipment that appears to be damaged. 

Refused orders or cancellations made after the order has been shipped will be refunded the item price minus a 10%-20% restocking fee once the package is returned to our warehouse.

eek Technology, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders for items offered at an incorrect price.
